RIP Keith Floyd - a TV master

Sad new indeed that Keith Floyd had died.

He was hugely ahead of his time - interacting with his director, merging travel and cookery and openely screening mistakes as well as triumphs. Rick Stein, I think, credits Keith Floyd with launching his TV career and and cookery programme worth its salt uses any of the Floyd programmes as a blue print.
